They have worked as examiners in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. 6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping. Orders will be processed within 3 business days, and the estimated delivery time is 5 days. We do not ship internationally at this time.

7. Warranties

Max Reach® products and batteries are protected against all defects in materials, parts, or workmanship under normal use for a period of one year (30 days for commercial use) from the date of shipment or the date of in-store purchase.

Max Reach®, at its sole discretion, may elect to repair, replace, or substitute with a comparable item products that are determined to be defective due to normal use or that were damaged in shipping. Proof of purchase and product registration are required. Replacement of products or parts subject to normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser from an authorized Max Reach® retailer and is not transferable. This warranty is void if the product has been used for rental purpose.r.

This warranty is valid only for units that have been maintained according to the instructions found in the owner’s manual provided with the product and for units that have been registered in one of the following ways:

- If Max Reach® accepts a return under warranty, you can return the defective or damaged product ONLY after you call our Customer Care team and receive a Return Authorization from Max Reach® for repair or replacement. To request a Return Authorization, please contact us at (786) 363-7285.
- All batteries must be charged in accordance with the operator’s manual directions and regulations in order to be valid. See your owner’s manual for warranty details.

Items NOT covered by warranty:

Any part that has become inoperative due to misuse, commercial use, abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, or
The damage resulting from modification, alteration or unauthorized repair.
The unit, if it has not been operated and/or maintained in accordance with the owner’s manual; or
Normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure.
This warranty does not cover normal deterioration of the exterior finish, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, or to any corrosion or discoloring by heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners.
This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunction, failure or defect resulting from misuse, abuse (including overloading of the product beyond capacity and immersion in water or other liquid), accidents, neglect or lack of proper installation, and improper maintenance or storage.

We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our products.
