Refund Policy – Max Reach Tools

Hello Max Reach Community! Thank you for shopping at Max Reach Tools online store. We’re happy to see that you, along with many others, continue to purchase our innovative tools designed to make yard work easier, quieter, and more enjoyable. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. If that happens, we want you to know what to do:


Domestic Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (must also be in the original packaging). If 30 days have gone by since your order/purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for any logistic fees associated with their shipment and returns. A restocking fee of 15% will also be applied for returned online and commercial orders. Orders cannot be returned or refunded after 90 days from the transaction date.

Max Reach Tools strives for perfection. However, if for some reason you received the wrong item or a defective tool, you can contact our customer support team for a replacement within the first 30 days of receiving your order. Simply go to our Contact Us page on the website and select the Returns option or e-mail us at contactus@maxreachtools.com. In your support request, please include:

  • Order #
  • Full Name
  • E-mail
  • Phone Number
(This will help us resolve any issues you have much faster).

Domestic Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days (processing times may vary depending on your payment processor and bank provider).

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Late or Missing Refunds Policy – Domestic Orders

If you are waiting on a refund or simply haven’t received it yet, please follow the steps below before contacting our Customer Support Team:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, since processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please use our Contact Us page and select the Returns option, or email us at contactus@maxreachtools.com.

Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded. Unfortunately, sale items will not be accepted for return or refund.


Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use our Contact Us page and select the Returns option.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as shipping carrier issues are out of our control. Whatever the case may be, we will work with each customer to ensure any and all requests are handled to the best of our abilities.


International Orders & Shipping Policy

All prices on our site (www.maxreachtools.com) are in US Dollars. Your credit card or bank provider may charge you in local currency according to their policies.

When ordering from outside the United States, you are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported into your destination country. The recipient of the international order is considered the “importer” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient is also responsible for any customs duties, clearance charges, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other amounts payable related to the importation and delivery of the order.

International orders may take 7–10 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your international order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the shipping date for delivery. Customs clearance procedures vary and may cause additional delays; we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

To avoid possible delays in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where customs can reach you when your order arrives. (This phone number will appear on the commercial invoice).
  • Not refusing a shipment or ignoring requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Most carriers will only hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival before returning it to the sender.

International Shipping & Refunds Policy

All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders.

If you received the wrong item or a defective tool as part of an international order, please notify us within 30 days of your purchase by using the Contact Us page or emailing contactus@maxreachtools.com. Please include:

  • Order #
  • Full Name
  • E-mail
  • Phone Number

If your order arrived incorrect or defective, Max Reach Tools may choose to ship you a replacement or issue a refund for the cost of your order (including the original shipping charges). However, customs fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, even in the case of receiving an incorrect or defective product.

Please note: We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused at customs. Before authorizing a replacement or refund, Max Reach Tools reserves the right to request verification (such as a photograph) to confirm that the item shipped was incorrect or defective.

Max Reach Tools reserves the right to refuse international orders and will refund any refused international orders.


Warranty Policy

Purchase of Max Reach Tools products includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal use. If your product was damaged or malfunctioned within the warranty period, you can file a claim with our support team to receive a replacement.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or improper maintenance. Shipping charges will apply for warranty replacements.
